For the previous article, I’ve shared with you about factors of insomnia symptoms. I would like to share also about how to overcome insomnia symptoms.

Sleep well

Get enough sleep quality so that the body can work normally. Avoid taking nap for more than 20 minutes so that night sleep is not disturbed.

Avoid light  

Avoid too bright light in the room. If you can’t sleep, try to reduce the light in the room. Switch off lights is also good for health. Excessive light during sleep can cause cancer.

Sleep early

 They have to spend more time in the room. Sleeping 30 minutes early reading the book is very effective to get rid of insomnia.

Avoid stress at night

 Avoid thinking about what causes stress during sleep. Go to bed with a quiet mind without a burden. Maybe you can listen to slow-motion music before bedtime.

Drinky plenty of water and milk

One of the hardest things to sleep for lack of fluid in the body. We should take at least 2 liters of water a day or 8 glasses. Drinking plenty of water is very good for health.
